Heartiest best wishes on the occasion of the 10th anniversary of the La Salle College Parent-Teacher Association Chinese Painting and Calligraphy Class. By a happy coincidence, it is also the 70th birthday of their teacher, Mr. Mui. Congratulations all round.

The Class has worked steadily for the last 10 years under the guiding hand of Mr. Mui and produced and displayed many lovely pieces. In this way, members have brightened up our world with the glories of art. We thank them for this.

Each piece of art can be regarded as a meditation on nature, indeed, a meditation on life itself. Aesthetic education is often mentioned as being a necessary element in schools. It is good to see parents and teachers taking the lead, acting as role models for the younger generation. Hurrah for art from the heart!
